Work you'll do:
The Knowledge Services Analyst serves as a liaison between US and Global onshore site owners and offshore resources. This position focuses on site content, site management/creation and project management. Working closely with both US and Global teams and site managers, assist in ensuring our sites are meaningful and streamlined. This position focuses heavily on working directly with site managers to maintain their sites and its content as well as advising on the best way to showcase the information to be shared. Attention to detail and a focus on quality is essential.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and communities ensuring the needs and requests are understood, and collaborate with our off-shore team to ensure completion of requests
- Serve as a subject matter expert regarding knowledge management and content capabilities
- You will provide guidance to site owners on site design, navigation, architecture and content
- Assist customers in optimizing the use of knowledge management process, tools, and infrastructure

- Bachelor’s degree required; relevant fields of study may include Business, Management, Information Systems, Library Sciences, Journalism and/or Communications.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience; experience in middle market/private companies a plus and experience in a global professional services organization preferred.
- Experience with electronic knowledge, repository management, intranets/portals, collaborative and social media tools; SharePoint experience required
Other Qualifications:
- Experienced, independent thinker with proven project management experience; ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and stakeholders and deliver results
- Highly responsive with demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management
- Exceptional relationship building/relationship management skills to establish rapport, build trust and confidence, and manage customer expectations
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to change; experience managing change, acting as a change agent to influence others
