Government Contracts Manager
The Government Contracts Manager is an experienced professional responsible for providing day-to-day consultation and support to the program management team, operations, and leadership in the management and administration of Government services contracts within Federal and civilian agencies. The Manager ensures compliance with regulations, negotiates contracts, and maintains excellent customer relations, handling a diverse portfolio of contracts with efficiency and expertise.

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Government Contracts Manager: $90,000 - $156,000
Pay commensurate with experience.

Job functions for a Government Contracts Manager include:.
- Establish a framework of processes, policies, and procedures to handle contract administration challenges.'
- Ensure that the organization's communication with the government/prime contractor's contracting officer is effective.
- Handle a complex system of diverse contracts, including global subcontracts, significant dollar-based initiatives, and nonstandard contracts for multiple LLCs. 2.
- Ensure compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other government supplements, including mandatory flow-down clauses.
- Draft, analyse, and negotiate contracts/subcontracts of diverse nature (FTP, T&M, IDIQ, CPFF, performance-based, etc.), teaming, consulting, non-disclosure agreements, among others).
- Provide guidance in developing a contract'.
- Conduct the contract formation procedure during contractual negotiations and coordinate with outside legal advisors for review and preparation. Whenever possible, conduct the contract formation process.
- Uphold the preservation of original contracts and modifications; convert alterations into a functional duplicate and transmit data on contracts to specialized contract management software.
- Construct and preserve regular contracts for recurring business demands.
- Facilitate the delivery of request for quotations (RFQs) to subcontractors and ensure compliance with customer, contractor, and corporate obligations.
- Discover any changes and make requests for fair adjustments.'

- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and 10 years of experience in commercial, government, and international contracts administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Enhanced comprehension of Microsoft Office and the government's tendering process from cradle to grave.
