We are adding to our Customer Success Team to ensure best-in-class service to our clientele. The position's primary responsibility is to deliver the "Your CTS" experience for all clients, new and existing, while ensuring alignment of client expectations with our deliverables. You will be responsible for developing relationships with potential clients, tailoring their training packages, and managing the account onboarding and renewal process. You'll interact with people from all facets of aviation - from charter operations to air medical and maintenance facilities. You'll also work closely with our Content/Sales Manager to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong passion for delivering value to clients as well as an understanding of communication and negotiation skills from an account management perspective.

Requirements

Success in this role typically requires:

  • Customer service and account management experience
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships

  • Organizational skills paired with proven time-management skills

Ideally you’ll also have experience:

  • Building and maintaining a strong relationship with your clients, becoming their go-to person for all their needs
  • Working within a well-established matrix organization with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Being a self-starter with an insatiable need to understand your clients and developing appropriate solutions
  • Handling multiple priorities and effectively managing your time
  • Using CRM systems and applying customer service best practices (or realizing when existing policy and procedures need updating and are willing to join in on process improvement endeavors)
  • Representing your employer and their associated products and services in a client-facing role or at trade shows
  • As a private pilot, looking to pursue your private pilot license, or have the curiosity/enthusiasm/desire to work within the aviation industry

Responsibilities

  • Presenting a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward our customers to earn and maintain their trust
  • Engaging customers by promptly addressing product and service questions; making informed suggestions about other products and services, and striving to find a way to “wow” the customer
  • Resolving product or service problems via phone or email, clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution
  • Acting in the best interest of our customers; communicating common customer behaviors to our technical support, sales, and content departments
  • Maintaining accurate records by continuously tracking and reporting account activities/progress information after each customer interaction
  • Following established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies while being willing to recognize when these are no longer effective or efficient and offer solutions
  • Driving the entire value cycle, from initial contact to onboarding and ongoing account support
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new clients
  • Identifying potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities to right-size our products and services for existing customers
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your professional network and industry knowledge

Travel

  • This position may be asked to join along as we travel to industry trade shows, typically 3-4 times per year

Compensation

The hiring salary range for this role is $36,000 to $48,000. CTS will consider several factors prior to extending an offer of employment. All offers will be commensurate with consideration of, but not limited to, the role, responsibilities, related work experience, education, training, competency, and key skills. This position is bonus and profit-sharing eligible.

Schedule:
