The Government Funding team works to secure funding to ensure that all children have the opportunity to access high quality education and develop a strong foundation for a lifetime of learning. By creating premier services and influencing the industry through advocacy, we work to improve the family experience and increase accessibility to our centers. The Senior Government Funding Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting small to large projects within Government Funding with a strong focus on developing, improving, and maintaining tools, resources and data for government and quality incentive programs. This person will work cross functionally with many teams across the organization.


Responsibilities:


  • Obtains and reviews government funded programs contracts; ensure updates to program requirements are collected and communicated
  • Gathers quality incentive program requirements and ensures updates are captured and communicated
  • Creates and maintains tools/resources to support programs and related processes
  • Supports implementation of programs, including communication and roll out plans
  • Builds effective relationships with internal and external partners, including field operations, business partners and government agencies
  • Assists with special projects as needed
  • Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Proven ability to drive and adapt to change
  • Strong computer skills covering general office software, including MS Office; with strong Excel skills
  • Demonstrated skills in customer service, conflict resolution and collaboration
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective personal organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated skills in learning agility
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
