The Enterprise Sponsorships & Experiential Marketing Team is hiring a seasoned Experiential Marketing Partner with Private Banking to join the team and drive/develop innovative and creative branded experiences that align with business line goals. The candidate will be responsible for delivering unique, memorable, and differentiated experiences to help acquire and deepen relationships with clients and prospects, , raise satisfaction and foster referrals by identifying and increasing meaningful touch points. They can range from small group events to large multi-day experiences. The ideal candidate has strong relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills and can effectively work with varying levels of colleagues across the organization and external partners. The candidate must be self-motivated to lead as well be a team player, and act with confidence and forward-thinking abilities. This role will require strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Time management and ability to success under pressure are imperative to prioritize and manage deadlines and multiple events and experiences.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead elevated experiences through development, planning and execution to bring to life our brand and create an emotional connection with attendees to ultimately deepen relationships, deliver advice and guidance and grow the business; work closely with sponsorships colleagues to leverage sponsorship venues
- Lead conference planning and execution for Private Bank conferences including all logistics, venue, invitations, speakers, agenda and follow-up
- Collaborate and communicate with Private Bank stakeholders to understand their needs and develop creative experiential plans to deliver on their objectives and create memorable experiences for our clients in four key markets (Boston, New York, San Francisco/Bay Area, Palm Beach)
- Work closely, collaborate and present to key stakeholders including executives, managers and subject matter experts within marketing and the line of business
- Manage multiple experiences simultaneously, meeting deadlines while being flexible to changing environments
- Source and research vendors, speakers and venues and manage contracts in internal systems for onboarding, risk analysis and payment
- Collaborate with Private Bank Team and other key stakeholders on content and speakers to develop thought leadership discussion experiences for clients and prospects
- Work with Private Bankers to manage invitation lists
- Create a post experience assessment and report key metrics for each experience
- Travel frequently for meetings, events and conferences to ensure flawless execution
Skills:
- Strategic thinker with ability to identify issues and offer creative solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; strong ability to execute and deliver presentations to leadership
- Strong ability to multi-task, manage and organize projects at the same time in various stages of planning
- Self-driven and ability to work both independently and among a team
- Ability to exercise judgment in narrow timeframes
- Proven ability to develop, manage and report on event KPI
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
- Minimum 7 – 10+ years in Financial Services Industry, specifically Private Banking and understand products and services offered
- 7-10 years of event planning experience
- Must have a passion for Marketing and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness and ability to work non-traditional hours (evenings and weekends) and travel as required for on-site event management approximately 50% of time will be traveling.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
Location: Westwood/Boston, MA; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA 3 days in office 2 days remote
