POSITION OVERVIEW
This individual will be responsible for promoting the night club, day club and other services to guests and developing a personal clientele base. They will assist with accommodating guests with special requests while maintaining customer relationships and following Fontainebleau Las Vegas service standards. The position is open to both novice and skilled players.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
These and other tasks may be assigned as required:.
- Welcome to VIP guests: Warm welcome, personalized service.
- Acknowledge and respond to VIP guests' needs, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the trip.
- Information on night club activities such as VIP privileges, bottle service and special events. Please see the details below.
- Guide VIP guests to their designated tables or private areas and assist with seating arrangements. i.e.
- Ensure that individuals are comfortable and engaging in dialogue, converse with VIPs, and establish connections.
- Manage and maintain VIP bookings, guaranteeing precise and timely arrival.[m]
- Manage reservations for VIP tables, bottle service, and special requests in collaboration with the reservations team. All parties are welcome to participate.
- Regularly update information on VIP guests' preferences, special events, and other pertinent details to tailor their experience for upcoming stays.
- Manage last-minute reservations or adjustments with professionalism and accuracy. Request details ASAP.
- Working in conjunction with the operations team, we ensure that VIP service is delivered on time and on schedule.
- Ensure that orders are delivered promptly and on time, while also working with the waitstaff, bartenders, and other members to prioritize VIP guest requests.
- Keep track of cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and brand standards in VIP areas.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to guests with any concerns or issues, directing them to the appropriate department for immediate resolution.[10]
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with VIP guests, influencers, and industry contacts to improve guest satisfaction and encourage frequent visits.
- Participate in community building events, attend industry conferences, and establish personal connections with influential individuals.
- Effectively engage in conversation with high-profile guests through various channels, like phone calls, emails, and tailored invitations to special events.
- To increase revenue, promote and upsell VIP services, packages, and promotions.
- Discover potential avenues to enhance the VIP experience through partnerships, collaborations, or special events. Enhance the overall VIP experience.
- Track the spending patterns of VIP guests and suggest areas where personalized services and incentives can be implemented.
- Whether it is necessary to add or change duties and responsibilities, temporarily or permanently, may be added as well.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
