Job Summary
Individuals are not eligible for work visas or optional practical training extensions for STEM students from the Minnesota Department of Transportation. They must first be legally authorized to work in America when starting their job, as per state regulations.
Position at the Bridge Office, Oadale, Minnesota; will have the ability to work a hybrid schedule or be placed in the office: the incumbent must agree to telework (including occasional overtime) and may need to work in-office as part of his duties.[L]
The position aims to provide consulting and coordination services that integrate organizational and training development needs, ensuring successful delivery of statewide training initiatives. The responsibility is to consult, develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate a state-level training initiative with the aim of knowledge transfer, improved performance outcomes, and consistent standards (e.g.
- Providing training and consulting services to the Bridge Office; »
- Make use of MS Office software to edit bridge specifications, reports, manuals, and presentations;.
- Accessible documents at the Bridge must meet accessibility standards according to the ADA;
- Supporting individuals in obtaining team leadership certification; and,

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- A year of work experience; or,
- Or two years of technical experience?
- Two years of specialized clergy experience.'

- possesses knowledge in developing templates and formatting written works such as manuals, presentations, and reports.
