Job Description

The employee has responsibility for performing major agency-wide training programs with duties including curriculum-development, on-going."

This position is teleworkable, but the state of Utah requires all employees to work physically inside its borders. __

Pay starts at $30.56.

Principal Duties
As a Trainer III you will:

  • Provides presentations, stand-up training, and instruction to staff, management, and clients.
  • And designs and prepares teaching aids and devices, training materials, and teaching tools.
  • Conduct training needs assessment and recommend training programs.
  • Coordinate program activities, services, and programs with private providers, other government entities, program users, etc.
  • Working with the intern program for region.
  • Provide training and mentoring to other trainers in the region.

Preference
Preference may be given to employees having:

  • Have you ever had training experience with DFS or CFS?
  • A working understanding of the CDFS training process and mentoring program.
  • At least 3 years of case management experience with both CPS and Permanency.
