The Department of Development is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Technical Assistance Analyst to join the Community Service Division’s (CSD) Technical Assistance team.
This position has the unique ability to be at the center of all CSD programs, both new and old. The goal is to make sure all these important programs run smoothly in order to help Ohio communities be successful. "
What You'll Do:

Be the first contact for all office locations within the Community Service Division and technical needs. '

Working with respective offices to identify, understand and confirm reported technical issues.

Create a plan to resolve issues by involving other departments.

For users on how to navigate technical systems, develop detailed technical manuals.

Provide technical support for the program in conjunction with the respective office teams to confirm issue resolution:
new program functionality.

Assists in the implementation of research projects would include but not limited to evaluate programs.

Assist in developing requests for proposals (RFP) or acquire consulting or other services to support program evaluations.

Qualifications
24 months training or 24 months experience in planning and conducting research studies using operational, mathematical, statistical and statistical research techniques and preparing reports, records and technical evaluations related to research conducted.
-Or 12 months experience as Researcher 2, 66922.
This position is located in the Vern Riffle Building, 77 South High Street, in Downtown Columbus, Ohio.
