Description

The Teaching Professional will partner with the general manager to promote and conduct golf instruction and player development programs that cater to the diverse needs/demands of all golfer groups in the local market.

What qualifications, experience and skills are necessary? Please provide details.

  • PGA or LPGM member: preferable to golf? Or golf?
  • Must possess a dedicated golf coach with at least one year of experience in teaching golf and developing club-fitting techniques. Additionally, previous instructors are not required.
  • Should have excellent communication skills.?
  • Highly polished communication skills, capable of establishing connections with anyone and anywhere in the world.
  • An individual requires a high level of organization, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Individuals must possess strong character traits, ambition, and initiative.
  • A grasp of local market trends can be advantageous. Why?

Responsibilities:

  • He works closely with the general manager to design and implement instruction programs that are geared toward all golfer categories in the nearby region.'
  • Can provide private instruction and group golf courses as required, with or without prior permission from the instructor.
  • Maintains seasonal summer camps on a as-needed basis.
  • Provides training and development support to other instructors as directed and if necessary.
  • He helps to oversee and maintain the practice facility's safety, cleanliness, organization, confidentiality, and professional operation.
  • To help maintain the quality of all teaching materials and instruction supplies.'
  • Apply innovative teaching and learning principles, and have the capacity to incorporate training materials, video recordings of events or club activities into the facility's instructional programs as needed. Additionally, they will have the ability to apply innovative teaching principles, and incorporate video recording of events into their instruction programs.
  • Ensure that the golf instruction program operates smoothly by performing all administrative tasks as directed and required. 3.
  • Complete the initial and final tasks of the lesson plan as directed.
