As a Warehouse Area Manager, there are a variety of responsibilities you could have. The work may entail some of the following :

  • Identifying, prioritizing, and analyzing losses and inefficiencies.
  • Delivery and start-up of new equipment, initiatives and projects.
  • Controlling inventory via warehouse management systems and processes.
  • Managing the timely shipping and receiving of customers' orders and supplies.
  • Overseeing the co-packing process and results in product customization.
  • Designing and utilizing digital tools to drive scale and work simplification.
  • Constructing learning programs and coaching technicians.
  • Developing and improving standards will enable us to achieve our performance goals in the field of processing.
  • Understanding and working with state-of-the-art robotics, automation and cutting-edge technologies including self-guided vehicles, automated storage systems and robotic tools.

Job Qualifications

What do you look for in life?

A Bachelor's or master's in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Services and Information Technology. Other business administration or engineering degree with relevant experience?

1-4 years of experience is preferred.

Excellent visionary, strategy-making and leadership skills.

Problem solving via creativity and innovation.

Strong thinking/problem solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude.

Starter salary: $85-$115K. What is the starting salary?
