There are a variety of responsibilities you could have as a Supply Chain Manager. The work may entail some of the following:

  • Managing production and material supply. ):
  • enabling the launch of new products to market.
  • Ensuring freight capacity and reliable transportation of loads.
  • Optimizing inventory at P&G's warehouses and distribution centers.
  • Identifying, prioritizing, and analyzing losses and inefficiencies.
  • Managing the timely shipping and receiving of customers' orders and supplies.
  • Developing and utilizing digital automation tools to drive scale and work simplification.
  • Forecasting customer demand
  • Partnering with retail customers to ensure on-shelf availability of P&G products.
  • Developing breakthrough innovations that strategically differentiate P&G from our competition.

Job Qualifications

What do you look for in life?

A Bachelor's or master's in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Services and Information Technology. Other business administration or engineering degree with relevant experience?

Excellent visionary, strategy-making and leadership skills.

Problem solving via creativity and innovation.

Strong thinking/problem solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude.

Starter salary: $85-$115K. What is the starting salary?

At P&G, total compensation for all roles varies depending on a wide array of non-disciplinary factors including salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
