About Our Job
We are currently seeking a Senior Council Aide with prior experience working for an elected official, government agency, or other public-facing organization. This position will be responsible for project managing and producing visual and written content for newsletters, website materials, and social media. The role will also provide policy support to the councilmember, provide constituent services, as well as providing additional support for the overall Council office. Our team values individuals who are highly detail-oriented and curious, have basic layout and design skills/experience, etc. (see below).

The job is available at your discretion. It is important to note that this position requires regular work outside of normal business hours, which includes evenings and weekends.
The estimated salary for this job is between $68,000 and $76,000 per year.
In addition to their primary duties, the senior committee may include:.
The process of generating policy and creating laws.

The role of community engagement and constituent services

As the primary point of contact for community engagement and constituent matters, ensuring clear communication and delegation to all team members.

Contribute to significant community engagement programs administered by the office.

The track office is actively engaged in outreach and community activities to foster strong community connections.

Facilitate the coordination of casework between members and residents.
Marketing & Communications

Establish communication strategies and implement them.'

Perform a key role as the primary point of contact, providing communication and delegation guidance to all team members.

Examine and validate the use of newsletters, social media, email, press relations, and other communications initiatives.'
