Description

The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading projects and designing new construction, alterations, and redevelopments of water and wastewater treatment projects, including water treatment processes, administrative offices, lab facilities, etc. Additionally, the senior architect will manage the design and construction process, adapting architectural plans to suit budgetary constraints, environmental factors, or client requirements. This role includes project management and planning.

  • Take charge of the architectural design process from concept to final design meeting project requirements and requirements as defined by designated project managers.
  • Create, modify and assess construction projects, renovations, and redevelopments of water and wastewater treatment projects (including water treatment processes, chemical storage/feed, administrative offices, laboratories, etc.) by reviewing production drawings prepared for new construction, changes, or alterations.
  • Participate in the creation of project schedules, scope, budget planning, and construction planning. Ensure efficient management of change orders.
