Where the chemistry happens…

Our team is seeking a Regional Culture Business Partner to support the operational management of US Culture Movement. The position will work at our Florham Park, NJ location, and reports to the Regional HRBP GB Americas.

As a regional business partner, you create a chemistry with me.

• Being the visible and approachable regional focal point for GB's cultural topics, sharing with other stakeholders from the region on cultural topics, the spirit of the cultural movement, and building and maintaining solid relationships.

• As a Culture Shacks (Culture Ambassadors' Network), I will advise, engage, and support the community to implement local culture initiatives in global and regional contexts.

• Continuously creating concepts, formats, and workshops to further the GB culture and guide the next steps of the culture movement in accord with organizational needs.

• Ensure benchmarking and best practice sharing inside and outside of GB, SAIT.

• GB identity creates awareness and belonging to a service division.

• GB Board of Culture, standing in the GB.

BASF recognizes higher education institutions that are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent qualifications (see below).

The formula for success of a Regional Business Partner includes the following elements :

• Bachelor´s degree

• 5+ years of experience in HR, communications or change management preferred.

• Executive presence and executive communication skills.

• Working experience in a global environment. "
