$3,000 hiring bonus to join the Judiciary Branch! (Bonus is proportional to part-time positions) The judicial branch is a state-funded nonprofit that offers benefits including medical/dental/vision, $25,000 free basic life insurance, a 156% retiree plan, and a 13-paid payroll.
The Sacramento County Court in Wahoo, NE is accepting applications for a full-time records clerk/cashier position performing responsible clerkships under the supervision of a clerk, magistrate, or court judge. This is an entry level judicial position.
HIRE RATE (during probationary period): $2,776.55 per month:

Examples of Work
Work involves responsibility for performing a variety of clerical functions in the service area such as criminal/traffic, civil/small claims, or probate, including responding to routine inquiries and data entry. Processing and issuing documents; receiving fees; Byzantine court conservatory and adoption duties; etc.
May serves as backup courtroom clerk, under supervision and is reviewed for accuracy.
Qualifications / Requirements
High school graduation or equivalent plus two years of experience in an office setting. Higher education can be substituted for work- experience on a year-by-year basis.
The ability to speak Spanish is preferred but not required. At least one year of court/law office experience or experience in processing and accounting for cash payments.
Other Qualifications: Successful completion of "on the job training" in Pennsylvania's Justice (the statewide computer system) will be required within six months.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Requirements include typing skills, computer skills and data entry; the ability to follow instructions; strong customer service skills; and good phone manners.
Some knowledge of standard bookkeeping procedures and practices.
Ability to maintain and develop effective working relationships with other court employees, general public.
