Florida company is looking for a profit and growth analysis business analyst to work from our Tampa location. We are looking at a schedule working Monday-Friday.
What You Will Do:
The Profit Growth and Support provides modelling and advanced analytical
support as part of the Coke Florida Decision Support Team. The Decision
Support Analyst is a cross functional role that liaises with other key
functions (Sales, Field Operations, Profit Growth Management (PGM), Finance,
Enterprise Planning, Marketing) providing support for activities including,
but not limited to, customer trade spend and investment, commercial
agreements, supply chain, pricing, marketing investments and working capital.
This role also supports the consensus forecasting process, activity-based
costing, and the annual planning process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Pre- and post-analysis of client programs, strategic projects; new product launches; and operational changes. Marketing investments with emphasis on helping the business make its next best decision?
- Analyze the performance of different pilot initiatives while following a testing framework (i.e. A/B testing).
- Maintain and update required tools based on business requirements, i.e., BPM or Route Planning models.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies and gaps in reporting processes and identify solutions.
- Proactively look for trends and patterns in information that is reviewed to identify opportunities or gaps that the enterprise needs to consider or address.
- With the design and development of Florida's tools to improve economics, we can consider the various levers from the top line to the bottom line, and continue to develop these value chain capabilities. '
- Model business scenarios based on known data sets and business needs/requirements.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed, and prepare executive summary.
- All other related and assigned duties.
What skills do I need for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of business management, supply chain marketing, or financial operations experience with emphasis on analysis, modelling or forecasting.
- Management consulting or engineering experience is highly preferred.
- Excel skills - Pivots, Lookups and modelling capabilities.
- Strong data literacy
- Data visualization via Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Proficient in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Visio):
- Excellent written and verbal skills.?

- Balance long-term and short-term priorities, managing multiple complex tasks.
- Effortlessly collaborate with cross-functional teams and support diverse stakeholders.
- Strong change management skills
- Able to work independently with strong self-awareness.

Additional qualifications required for this role: )
- Advanced Excel skills include visual basic, simulations, and a solver for SQL.
- Statistical analysis leveraging R or similar tools is useful.
- Data mining/sale reporting tool (Margin Miner (Salient Miner)) or other data mining tools.
- Knowledge of SharePoint
- Operational understanding of selling, distribution, warehouse, and production processes.
