This job is expected to involve a hybrid work arrangement, meaning that candidates will be required to work at least 2-5 days per week in the office.
A Portfolio Associate is required to support and facilitate standard processes for portfolio monitoring and reporting, policy and content management, continuous improvement efforts, and administration functions within our Enterprise Investment Office team. The role will work alongside our primary, secondary, and direct co-investments (RDM), infrastructure and real estate, HR/HRD, and financial and administration teams.
Please be aware that this role does not involve the assessment and execution of investments.

What you will do:
- Provide assistance with managing the fund's lifecycle, recording procedures, balancing investments, maintaining funds for cash flow forecasting, and overseeing processes.
- Clarify and assess essential performance metrics for fund and portfolio management to evaluate and communicate with internal partners. c.
- Collaborate with the Strategy and Investment Operations teams to provide updates on investment and fund investments, allocation decisions, and other data for the investment platform and executive committees. Moreover,
- Manage investment, allocation, and oversight committees and aid in the execution of critical initiatives, ad-hoc operations projects, as well as other investment management tasks. Additionally, they manage risk, allocate resources, and support committees in the execution and management of critical initiatives.
- Identify and communicate information about technology requirements, usage, improvements, and utilization with the Investment and Technology departments to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a set of dashboards, visualizations or reports to meet the data needs of the Enterprise Investment Office and its Investment team using business intelligence (BI) tools.
- Learn how to achieve continuous improvement, eliminate cross-functional waste, streamline processes for efficiency, and utilize technology to release capacity within your team.
What you bring:
- Knowledge of private equity and the ability to generate thoughtful analysis and outcomes based on extensive data sets.
- Proficient in the creation, development, and upkeep of analytical tools such as reports and dashboards.
- Good writing and speaking skills.?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet.
Education Preferred
- Experience is a prerequisite for obtaining a degree or equivalent in Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).
- The qualifications must be a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or equivalent qualifications to work in this field.
Experience
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in private equity is desirable. Why?
