Responsibilities/Duties:

We bring you home-grown joy, in our special Pepsi Bottling Ventures way! Pepsico bottling ventures is the nation's largest private bottler and distributor of Pepsis beverages. It is based in North Carolina, South Carolina and Delaware.
Purpose of Job: Processes payroll functions for an assigned company division.
Job Duties:
- Using ADP, it computes, verifies and enters weekly and bi-weekly payroll.
- ) Enters and changes all employee file maintenance as needed. )
- All medical benefits, 401k plans, and other related expenses.
- All monitors are "special" (pay, shift, etc.).
- Maintains payroll records for assigned company.
- Generates and creates payroll reports, using the ADP reporting tool as needed.
- Assists in all other payroll/personal areas. )
- Processes of time and attendance, accuracy of record keeping via Kronos and Time Attraction.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Which one is better: high school diploma or GED?
- Three (3) years of current payroll knowledge & experience.
- Previous Workday experience preferred.
- He must be knowledgeable in current payroll procedures and guidelines.
- Microsoft Excel and word processing skills are strong.
- Must have strong reporting software experience as well as strong Excel skills.
- They must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- How can I improve my communication skills in one month?
- Must have 10-Key experience.
- You must be able to work the necessary hours to complete the tasks.
