As an operator in the training room, you'll join a cooperative team that ensures our customers can deliver their services uninterrupted.
You'll have the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks in the operation and maintenance of a wastewater treatment plant, including monitoring water flow and processing, and measuring meter and gauge readings. You'll contribute to the success of our program with efficient preventive maintenance and effective solutions to challenges that may arise in municipal facilities.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
- Basic experience in operating water/waste water treatment plants. )
- Basic understanding of computer software including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to enter data into a maintenance management system.
- A valid driver's license with no major infractions.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
- I am currently working toward obtaining a first-level water/wastewater certification.
- Basic familiarity with principles and practices of water treatment plant operations, valves, pumps and motors.
- Safe work practices

Additional demands may include a specific level of dexterity, grip strength, climbing and cardiorespiratory demands, electrical equipment, confined spaces, heights and depths, fumes, and air borne particles. The use of appropriate safety equipment will be indoors, outdoor; the work areas have a lot of noise :) *
