Responsibilities
  • Daily manage both Front of the House and Back of the House restaurants, coordinating daily operations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
  • Accurately and efficiently address consumer complaints and provide accurate feedback.
  • Conduct frequent assessments of product quality and identify new vendors.
  • Organize and supervise shifts.
  • To improve productivity, provide feedback and evaluate employee performance. This will help you increase productivity.
  • Calculate future requirements for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
  • Maintaining compliance with sanitation and safety laws is important.
  • Manage Magnolia Grille's positive image and propose strategies to improve its brand.
  • Manage operations expenses and identify strategies to reduce waste through waste management.
  • Produce comprehensive financial statements that detail weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses, while also providing detailed monthly reports.
  • Boost the brand's visibility in the local community by utilizing word-of-mouth and restaurant events to promote the brand.
  • Provide suggestions for reaching a wider audience (such as discounts and social media ads) and promote your product or service through other methods.

Requirements
  • Proven work experience in a private club, based in the clubhouse.
  • Experienced in customer service as a manager with excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of food and drink, with an aptitude for recalling ingredients and dishes and sharing them with service staff and members of the dining establishment.

Compensation
  • Salary and commission range from $55,000 to $65,000 with a starting salary of $575,000.
