Job Overview:

Design, topology and implementation of the local area network (LAN). Manages network performance and maintains security procedures implemented to ensure organization's objectives are met; installs all UC systems. Analyzes traffic and bandwidth for optimal network performance: Evaluates, develops and manages Uniform Communications (UC) systems. Troubles?

Responsibilities:

What are some of the essential duties and job functions?

  • Manages the installation of network hardware. )
  • The knowledge and understanding of both networking and telecommunications theory, practice.
  • Communicates with users, technical teams and vendors on new technology and system upgrades. To determine software and hardware installation requirements.
  • Configures Switches and Routers
  • Network optimization for multicast layer 2 routing and switching provides.

  • Tech Support provides technical guidance to the VTC engineers and government stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

Mandatory:

  • What is the Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience?
  • Ten years or more of experience in network marketing, a highly related profession.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • What is the best way to obtain a security clearance?
  • How do I get expert level skills in configuring Cisco switches?
  • One or more of the following certificates: CISSP, Network+, CCNP, CIE, CA, CCDE.
