Full Description
The Brand Manager of Cox Mobile Advertising is responsible for the development and implementation of promotional offers, advertising campaigns, media and digital marketing platforms, and targetting key business partners. Support cross-functional collaboration with key consumer marketers to meet or exceed growth and profit objectives and optimize device and promotional marketing throughout multiple channels.
What You'll Do
- Communicate the creative strategy and approach, translate into a project plan to be shared with partners as well as within the review of the campaign performance.
- He manages the development and delivery of promotional, direct mail, TV, print, online video, radio, and outdoor social media campaigns with the lead agency. All campaigns are intended to drive customer acquisition and retention - including: 1: 1 and 1: 1 marketing tactics.
- Manage tactical planning with marketing strategy teams, sales, retention, legal/regulation, media, social, retail, digital, Hispanic marketing and other internal clients as necessary *
- Manage the development and delivery of 1:1 communications in partnership with UCC, execution, strategy and targeting teams and drive efficiency and effectiveness in programs (direct mail; mainly email).
- Manage communication and review of all campaigns with legal review and marketing claim partners, problem solving for best effective output :)
- Responsible for tracking marketing claims with product marketing partners and implementing changes throughout the impacted advertising tactics.
- Responsible for ongoing process improvement to enable faster and more efficient development of campaigns, and best use of resources (internal and external) *
- Key focus areas:
- (Excellence in design systems, matrix and data driven programs, process standardization tools, and technologies).
- Effort/quality (budgets, briefs, insights, and ongoing learning; productions)
- Performs other duties as assigned, including management of internal and external programs.

Who You Are
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years of experience in that field (Marketing, Advertising, etc.) The right candidate could also have different combination such as master's degree and 4 years' experience, or ph.D., or 10 years' experience in the related field.
- Experience developing multi-tactical, 360-degree creative campaigns from strategy to execution, with results in readouts and action plans.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional groups, getting results in a matrixed organization
- Successful soft skills include interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively with others in a team setting.

- Provided critical thinking, analytical and creative problem solving skills.
- Definable capacity to thrive in a high-stakes, high-success business environment.
- Can communicate ideas both orally and in writing to influence others using one-on-one contact, formal presentations, or group discussions.
- Agency, creative development and direct marketing experience requires strong knowledge of applications such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
Preferred
- BS in related discipline (i.e., marketing, business, etc.)
- Bilingual Spanish speaker desired experience in telecommunications or wireless industry.
