With multiple locations in northern Idaho, Mental Wellness and Relationship Services is a private group practice that plans to expand into southern Idaho. A new office is expected to be opened in Boise in spring 2020.

MWRS prioritizes our clinicians and provides an environment that allows them to handle their clinical practice independently. This is possible because of the availability of class-A office space, technology, marketing, resources, medical billing, health benefits, employee taxes, phone monitoring, team consultations, intake forms, and easy access to chart note templates for Treatment Plans in a Sample EHR.

MWRS is currently recruiting for a full-time Clinical Director to join our private group practice in Boise, Idaho. Our team includes 9 clinicians and 3 prescribing nurse practitioners. The position will start with tele-health and transition to primarily online support with 2-5 days in office in spring 2024.

The qualifications for the candidates should include experience in both individual and couple counseling. They must also have training in various modalities such as trauma counseling, Gottman, EFT, structural family therapy/systems (STEM), systems development, systems integration, narrative functioning or communication therapy. At the moment, we are seeking professionals who are comfortable with working with adults or adolescents, family psychoeducational support groups, relationship counseling to young people, blended families, relational trauma, and family crisis. Full-time benefits are provided for full-day employees.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments
• Obtain patient history
• Provide therapy services to individuals and families.'
• Design and apply tailored treatment plans to patients.
• Document patient progress
• Maintain HIPAA compliance
• Ensure communication with mental health professionals for medical attention.
• Meetings with clients last 45 minutes, with the remainder being spent on paperwork.

The position provides flexibility in selecting your work schedule and collaborating with your desired skills (individuals, adolescents, couples, families or marriage counseling). Additionally, this type of employment allows for flexible hours.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Prior clinical experience, with a minimum of one year of post-licensure experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the latest technology is important.
