MarTech Program Manager (New Health Care Company):
3M is establishing two industry leading companies, creating value through the spin-off of its Health Care business, while 3M will continue to be a global material science leader focusing on innovation to win in favorable global markets and attractive end markets.

We expect the formation of two companies will be completed by the end of 2023, and for now we will continue to operate as one global company. This role is positioned to drive the success of our new health care company'', he said.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a MarTech Program Manager, within the Health Care Business Group you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
  • Lead project management for multiple technology platform roll-outs, ensuring successful delivery within defined time lines and budgets.
  • Together with marketing and business teams, as well as technology project leads, web teams. IT resources and agencies to gather project requirements, define milestones and timelines and establish key deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including task breakdowns, resource allocation and dependencies - proactively identifying risks and proposing actions to address.
  • Lead cross functional teams to help solve problem processes, requirements and requirements to ensure platforms are successfully set up, tested and launched.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: [edit] [/edit],
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start):
OR
  • High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of (five) years of experience in project management, technology implementations and/or digital marketing.
  • 6 (7) years of experience in project management, technology implementations and/or digital marketing in a private, public, government or military environment.

  • Passion for technology, optimization and process improvement.
  • Working with globally distributed and cross-functional teams. Experience working on this team?
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Work location:
  • Work Your Way Up (eligible employees choose to work remote, on-site or hybrid) )
  • On site Maplewood Corporate Center, recommended 1 day/week.
