The Manager of Consumer Insights works in partnership with Peapod Digital Labs and the ADUSA Private Brands team. They lead primary research for key company initiatives, key research vendors, and works with business partners within the organization to provide high quality, concise and useful insights. They will ensure integrity through consistent, timely and error free reporting. This person will also be proficient in a wide set of consumer research and insights including qualitative and quantitative methodologies to provide a data-driven view of the customer.

- Assess business requirements and develop appropriate research plan(s) based on objectives and relevant indicators.
- Manage and implement both extensive tracking studies and ad hoc activities.'
- Data collection, analysis and descriptive statistics.
- Collaborate with business partners from Ahold Delhaize's various branches and subsidiaries to identify issues and objectives, thereby providing the most effective and practical consumer research.
- Prospective lead generation, evaluation, and provision of efficient and accurate reporting with insights and recommendations.
- Designate and present lectures at significant management meetings as required.
- Gain substantial consumer insights that lead to increased sales and revenue by integrating data from various sources, including primary consumer research, syndicated data systems, and proprietary vendor data sources. This is accomplished through software integration.
- Working with team to manage key vendors.
- Communicate the research findings and design to all levels of leadership.
- Working in conjunction with team members to develop and discover new research methods.
- Use standard methodologies to improve consumer insights by standardizing methods, vendors, tools, and reporting.
- Build close working relationships with other associates in the Consumer Insights, Analytics and Private Brands team to optimize the development, evaluation and analysis process, and provide priority recommendations.
- Conduct strategic analysis that establishes and enhances performance on significant issues.'

- In CPG/Retail, consumers have had the opportunity to conduct research on both the manufacturer and the client side for over 5 years. This experience is valuable.
- Past brand positioning experience gained through research.

- A degree in the fields of Marketing, History, Psychology, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics. All are acceptable for undergraduate studies.
