Position Summary

Our rotating program is designed for entry-level candidates who want to pursue a management career in operations and supply chain management. We offer specialized training that lasts 6 months, during which you will gain an understanding of the various aspects that make up our supply chains, including receiving, picking, packing, converging, shipping, and inventory control.

Once you finish the program, you will have the opportunity to become a part of The World's Most Successful Restaurant's leadership team. Your management role involves managing daily decisions related to operations, input, movement, process, and output in order to ensure improved quality, inventory accuracy, customer service, etc. This role requires effective communication with all departments regarding productivity, company policy, procedures, employee motivation, or challenging deadlines.

Responsibilities
