Healing Springs Wellness Center is currently recruiting for a Clinical Supervisor position. The clinical supervisor's responsibilities include supervising and developing the clinical staff, providing clinical supervision and consulting to clinicians, and promoting a healthy work environment. Additionally, the Clinical Coordinator must maintain 3-5 caseloads per week and up to 15 hours of direct supervisory work per day. This is an hourly non-exempt employee position that requires excellent care and respect for all employees at any facility. Furthermore, they must demonstrate readiness for new hires in their first year of female intern daughter policy.

Education and Qualifications
  • LCSW: Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW)?
  • To be eligible for a clinical license, one must be in good standing in the state of Connecticut, New York, or Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • A minimum of 2 years' clinical experience is required.
  • At least one year's worth of supervisor experience is necessary.
  • Healthy practices and trauma-informed care are both based on knowledge.
  • Proficiency in implementing diverse approaches toward individuals/families facing crisis.
  • At least 20 contact hours per week with clients.
  • Is capable of working at least one evening per week and for a minimum of three days in the workplace.
  • Safe home office and reliable internet connections are both advantages.'

Major Areas of Responsibility

  • Manage and supervise patients in a designated area.'
  • Provide assistance during job interviews for potential candidates.
  • As a Supervisor and clinical therapist at Healing Springs Wellness Center, I understand and adhere to all policy and procedure.
  • Keep clinicians accountable for content, timeliness, marketing/blogging (if applicable), and overall performance by conducting informal check-ins in person. Proactively.
  • Meet monthly with other Site Supervisors and Clinical Director to discuss proposed changes, clinical issues, and successes in terms of processes and procedures. Group meetings are also held for this purpose.
  • Provide official case consultation/supervision to fully licensed clinicians at least once a month.
  • Provide formal supervision and clinical notes of patients 'provisionally licensed therapists.'
  • Through active supervision, the practice strives to enhance the experience of their patients and ensure that they are satisfied with their experience.
  • Enhance the overall experience for both clients and employees by working alongside their Clinical Director and Client Care Coordinator.
  • Capacities to manage and provide direct feedback to leadership and clinical team members.
  • Extra duties pertaining to site supervision or related tasks may be assigned.
  • Provide mental health therapy to patients as needed, ensuring high quality, compassion, and ethical practice.
  • Manage case files in the electronic health record system.

Compensation Information
The clinical supervisor must have a minimum of 20 clients per week and be responsible for at least 15 hours of direct supervision work. They are paid $55-$55 per hour by the DOE. Additionally, the clinical supervisor must be responsible for 20 clients per day and be responsible to supervise at least 15 workers per day.
