Job Overview:

Lendmarq, a premier private real estate lender headquartered in Miami, Florida, is seeking a Junior Account Executive for our Westport, CT office. The perfect candidate for this role is ambitious, disciplined, intelligent, and unafraid of picking up the phone and making cold calls daily while continuously challenging themselves. Ideally, this person will have entry level experience in real estate or mortgage sales and was an athlete in high school or college, exhibiting a high level of commitment and determination. This role is designed to generate new business leads for our Wholesale Account Executives, aiding in driving our sales production.

Responsibilities:

• To generate leads, initiate cold calls with potential clients and brokers.
• Establish and preserve connections with potential customers and brokers to boost sales.'
• Gain a thorough understanding of Lendmarq's product offerings and the technologies used to generate loan products
• Learn about the company's underwriting guidelines, policy, and procedures.
• Develop expertise in loan sizing and product offerings.
• All communication, be it email or social media, must be professional and conform to the company's requirements. Why?
• Make sure that you adhere to a minimum of 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, in office work.

Qualifications:

• Between 1 and 2 years of work experience in the real estate or mortgage sales sector, as well as a related field.
• Past athletic achievements, exhibited by high levels of discipline and determination.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills.
• Ready to familiarize yourself with the products and systems.'
• Hence, a strong focus on detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once are necessary.
