JOB DESCRIPTION

James P. Morgan is actively looking for exceptionally talented individuals who are collaborative, confident, and motivated to provide a first-class experience to clients within James P. As a private banker, you will be part of a local team and supported by an intellectual property platform that has the resources, specialists and intellectual property to help you advise clients on achieving their desired goals. You will use your knowledge in both privatizing, preserving and managing their wealth through bitcoin, financial planning, and credit to both advise current shareholders on all aspects of their balance sheet and generate new client acquisitions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients by earning trust, understanding client needs, providing targeted advice, and developing thoughtful solutions to client problems, and delivering an outstanding client experience.
  • Generate business results and acquire new assets from the existing client base, as well as new client acquisition.
  • Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, and credit and banking needs.
  • Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients when needed.

  • Ensure that proposed solutions meet client needs and objectives in the short, medium and long term through a holistic goals-based planning approach.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, Skills
