The Investment Solutions team within Baird Private Wealth Management plays a key role in ensuring that the tools and capabilities across investment, lending and liquidity platforms are necessary to deliver great outcomes for our clients. The Specialist will work with Financial Advisors, Branch Investments Associates, Portfolio Managers and other key partners seeking general information about solutions available across the platform and will gain valuable first-hand experience in assisting with the day-to-day management of multiple solutions.

As an Investment Solutions Specialist, you will:
- As a subject matter expert, he serves as a key partner to financial advisors, branch associates, portfolio managers and other key partners to educate them on general inquiries about the platform.
- Working with Baird internal partners, field associates and partners within Investment Solutions to implement process and service enhancements.
- In support of Bard Financial Advisors and Portfolio Managers, assist in managing relationships and maintaining in-depth familiarity with the broad platform.
- Assist in addressing immediate operational issues regarding the platform with the field.
- Assist with mapping financial advisors into appropriate products and services.
- Handle account level exception requests from the field.
- Perform other duties as assigned. . .

What we look for:
- With 3-5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, a bachelor's degree is required.
- Licensed within 12 months of the start date, SIE and Series 7 & 66 required.
- How can I learn and effectively navigate Bard's Private Wealth Management technology platforms (Thomson ONE, Value One, Envestnet, etc.)?
- Exceptional client service skills, including written and verbal.
- Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint): Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- The history of delivering consistent, high quality performance.
- Organizational skills: The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- As a team player, the ability to act as a teammate, and assist others in the department when necessary is necessary.

- Strong analytical skills.
