Program manager, data management and HR systems.

Description:

To provide leadership for a major, statewide program in support of the Department's mission, vision and values; perform related work.

Distinguishing Characteristics:

Usually, the program manager is responsible for program development and direction for a major statewide programme. They set program direction and oversee program operations, some of which may be carried out through other units. The program may take place in a large disciplinary area or function or include diverse functions and/or disciplines generally.

Job Responsibilities:

Human Resources Systems:

  • Provide leadership and oversight of the state's human resource information systems, including: Infor, Telemetry/JobVite; Corona Digital Tool; and Legacy applications.
  • responsible for providing technical leadership, including implementation, development and system maintenance.
  • Working with SCO to initiate and prioritize system updates and testing?
  • When needed, perform user acceptance testing. How?

Data Analytics and Reporting:

  • Working with program areas to oversee and provide data analytics for the organization's data driven decision making.
  • Assist DHR with defining data needs and data collection?

  • Working with program areas to understand data governance and assist in the development of Data Governance policies and procedures.
