  • Under general supervision, he enters and processes personal transactions. '
  • The company compiles and files employee records.
  • Searches for and provides information to authorized persons, computes and initiates payroll computation and deductions. Enter data into the computer system.

  • Coordinates hiring processes, ensuring that all required forms are completed and cleared.
  • Enters and verifies personal transactions, processes and issues employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions. Processes enrollments and changes and responds to questions about benefit programs.
  • Provides information to the agency's staff regarding transactions or personnel related issues.
  • Provides information to employees and others on payroll issues, tax issues, and benefit plans.
  • Resolves personnel transaction problems.
  • Reviews and processes personnel and positional transactions.
  • The company schedules and manages the sorting of employee paychecks.
  • Verifies attendance, hours worked and pay adjustments. Provide information on designated records.
High School Diploma or GED And One year of experience performing human resources related functions Or High School Diploma Or GED And one year of post-secondary education at an accredited college or university. (*)
