We are currently recruiting a dedicated Guest Services Representative. These individuals possess an enthusiastic and friendly personality that can provide excellent guest service at the Guest Service Counter by offering convenient, specialty products and services not available at traditional grocery retailers. The Guest Services Representative is responsible for upholding Corona's high standard of service by providing cashier interventions, transaction reversals/corrections, and other unique transactions such as returns, coupon refunds, and exchanges.

During the regular working day, the Guest Service Representative can handle a range of tasks, such as cooking, helping customers with luggage, and performing general business activities. Additionally, the representative can handle all tasks on a regular day, including checking-in and checking-out procedures.

  • As a responsible and attentive guest, you can ensure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible while also ensuring that your guest service is top-notch.

  • Working in front-end environments, such as cashier, bag-stack-manufacturing, operating cash order machines, electronic payment machines, postal machinery, copies, lottery equipment, Western Union, bookkeeping, and other tasks.

  • Guaranteed merchandise returns, extra fees, and overcharges. Assistance to resolve issues with guests.

  • Conduct cashier accuracy audits.

  • Problem areas, such as pricing, equipment breakdowns, service levels and standards, personnel issues, equipment availability issues, and other issues, are addressed through low-level troubleshooting and/or store management. Direct consumer service is the preferred approach for addressing these issues.

  • Provide support to employees in all areas of responsibility, including bookkeeping, guest services, cashiering, bagging, and push-car operations, by providing backup services. Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and on schedule.

  • If the Guest Service Manager and the Senior Guest Service Manager are not available, provide them with assistance. Please ensure they are well-resourced.

  • The applicant must possess experience in both guest service, cashiering, and customer service, as well as prior experience in cashiering and customer service. Applicants must also have prior experience in both cashiering or customer service; previous experience in both.
