Responsibilities

• Provide players with a practice area, golf carts, bag drop, and valet facility on a daily basis, including valet and bag drop, as well as practice areas.
• Golf cart staging, maintenance of the bag room and cart barn, attending to bags, maintaining the practice range, and ensuring all areas are accessible to members and guests, Outside Service duties are an integral part of Outside Service duties.

Education and Experience Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of work experience at a private golf club, and a minimum of 3 years of golfing experience.
• The PGA program or desire to be a part of it is a plus, so joining the program or being a part is a PLUS. Those who wish to participate are also benefiting.
• Must possess excellent customer service and guest experience. Additionally, they must prioritize a positive relationship with customers and guests.

• Golf players must possess knowledge of the rules to participate in golf. The preferred method is to have a working knowledge of these rules.
• Ability to acquire and adhere to course policies, rules, and regulations. The ability to learn and implement necessary courses and policies.
• Detailed attention, a willingness to learn and attention to detail. Attention to detail is key.
• Ability to use equipment and tools appropriately and safely, including proper use of tools, in various situations.

WAGES & BENEFITS
