ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Position Summary
The General Labor position is responsible for processing all materials through
the Service Center standard operating procedures. This position ensures all
materials leaving the facility are in an acceptable condition and meet the
customer specifications.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Produce products according to documented work instructions, according to the company.
- Completing all forms and documents accurately.
- Maintain warehouse accuracy, and report any issues that could affect proper inventory counts.
- Ensures all efforts meet the quality requirements of the client, while detecting and resolving any issues immediately.
- Inspect product and prepare for shipment.
- Maintain clean, safe and secure work areas throughout the warehouse. Must follow all OBS safety rules and policy.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Work Experience Required
1-3 years of related working experience in a distribution or warehouse
environment.
What are the skills that one desires?
- Must be able to read/comprehend written and oral instructions in English, read and comprehend safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and product recipes/material identifications.
- must have mathematical skill to add, subtract, multiply and divide and the ability to perform these operations using units of weight, measurement, volume and distance.
- In a small group or one on one conversation, I need to be able to understand and speak English fluently. How can I improve my communication skills?
- In standardized situations, they must have the ability to reason and address problems involving a few concrete variables.
- How can I perform overtime and weekend work?
- How do I work rotating job stations?
