Job Description

Specific duties: Responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key personnel, gathering documents to prepare for meetings. When Weinstein is available additional duties could include prioritizing emails and phone calls, coordinating travel arrangements, answering inboxes, transferring phone call requests or transfers, sorting and delivering mail, and greeting visitors when they arrive. GCIII description: This position uses some subject-matter knowledge and judgment to complete assignments consisting of numerous steps that are symmetrical in nature.

Qualifications

3.5+ years of office experience, 3+ years in the mortgage industry, specializing in property and casualty insurance, preferred.

Dr.Excel: 40+ WPM+10 Key Proficient in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
