Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining relationships with established advisors to drive new business and client acquisition. Using one-to-one, one-few and one-many tactics. They can capture their own activity in the sales force as needed. Support the engagement of firms based on actions from FFVP meetings. May support EAR relationship management.''
- Coordinate territory events (i.e., Town Halls, Workshops and forums, etc.) and coordinate event logistics including registration and attendance tracking, presentation materials and other materials required to support the event. Also coordinate and distribute event registrations and awards. Negotiate venue contracts and reserve space, schedule speakers, manage vendors and participants. Request various wholesalers for sponsorships.
- Partnership: Lead the creation and distribution of FFVP monthly newsletters for advisors, generate report generation for meeting prep leveraging tools and technology, manage email correspondence and create presentations. Manage the coordination of various Advisor Engagement programs for the territory using various systems and tools including Salesforce, Excel and VENT.
- Team approach: Partner with Amazon and provide work direction to Amazon India field coordinator to execute tasks on behalf of FFVP. Provide cross-functional support to ensure optimum advisor experience as needed or other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- An associate degree or equivalent and 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to process multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision are key.
- With standard business software and hardware (including Microsoft Office products), it is effective.
