TASKS:

Ensure efficient coordination of housekeeping staff and schedules, in conjunction with the Estate Manager. Additionally, ensure that all housekeeping tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping tasks through checklists.

Keep all cleaning equipment and housekeeping tools in proper working order and provide adequate care.

Ensure regular maintenance, tracking, and scheduling of cleaning services and equipment.

Maintain and examine the hygiene of outdoor amenities, such as pools, patios or chairs.

Make sure to regularly inspect linens and towels, document them if needed, and report any changes.

Maintain a thorough clean of your home, including the basement, basement, and roof, while inspecting furniture, carpets, upholstery, floors, blinds, and curtains.

Maintain approved products and follow the instructions to clean furniture and fixtures. Additionally, organize personal belongings and closets according to individual needs.

Provide assistance with bedding changes and preparation, following time constraints.

REQUIREMENTS:

The annual salary falls within the range of $72,800.00 to $108,000.00.
