POSITION OVERVIEW
As the primary point of contact, the Doorperson ensures a welcoming and safe entry to the property, providing assistance with luggage handling, directions to stores, and other essential services. They are responsible for managing the reception area during check-in and out, as well as answering questions and responding to requests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
These and other tasks may be assigned as required:.
- Welcome to the neighborhood: give your arrival a good reception and feel at home. Don't be shy, show them the door.
- Door Support: Keep doors open for guests and residents, helping with luggage, packages, and personal belongings when necessary.
- Handling of luggage: help guests and locals with the transportation of their luggage to designated areas within the property safely. (b) Storage of luggage
- Information and Advice: Give precise and useful details about the property's facilities, services, and nearby attractions.
- Work with valet parking staff to ensure the smooth flow of traffic and assist visitors in entering or leaving their vehicles. Provide assistance.)
- Keep an eye on the property entrance to ensure security and ensure the safety of all individuals, including guests.
- Coordinate with Guest Services at the front desk and concierge to ensure prompt and prompt service and timely deliveries. This is possible through our collaborative efforts.
- Handling of incoming packages and mail: Record and acknowledge all shipments for guests and residents, promptly alerting the intended recipient.
- Good guest and resident relations: Be courteous, polite to visitors; be good people; care for them.
- Manage unique requests and guest preferences, such as making reservations at a restaurant or arranging transportation.
- Service Recovery: Addressing guest concerns and issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution or escalation of issues to the Front Office Manager or relevant management.
- Keep a professional appearance and dress appropriately, wearing ideally maintained uniforms and bearing your own name. Always.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
