Your Role Specialty Areas:
As you grow your skills, you'll build your expertise in customer planning and logistics to become a key link between the supply chain and our retail customers. Your responsibilities to ensure the supply of P&G products to our customers will have a direct impact on sales and company growth!
As a customer service and supply chain manager, there are a variety of responsibilities you could have. The work may entail some or all of the following:
- Forecasting customer demand
- developing supply plans to enable promotions and new product launches with client.
- Partnering with the consumer to ensure on-shelf availability of P&G products.
- Digital tools and analytics that enable P&G to better understand, and serve its retail customers.
- The drive for improvements in the supply chain to eliminate losses.
- Developing breakthrough innovations that strategically differentiate P&G from our competition.

Job Qualifications
What do you look for in life?
A Bachelor's or master's in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Services and Information Technology. Other business administration or engineering degree with relevant experience?
1-4 years of experience preferred.
Excellent visionary, strategy-making and leadership skills.
Problem solving via creativity and innovation.
Strong thinking/problem solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude.

Starter salary: $85-$115K. What is the starting salary?
At P&G, total compensation for all roles varies depending on a wide array of non-disciplinary factors including salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
