Job Description:

About the Role:

The customer supply chain analyst is responsible for collaborating with customers to improve margins, drive revenue and reduce inventory through the application of end-to-end supply chain tools and tactics. Researches business processes including problem definition, investigation and development of corrective procedures. Communicates findings and recommendations to regulators, monitors metrics and analyzes NAFTA results.

  • Responsible for successful collaboration with customers and functional experts to prioritize and deliver value-added solutions that meet or exceed our growth objectives.
  • The presentation of findings that drive understanding, alignment and informed decision making.
  • Implement tactical and strategic solutions that withstand the variability inherent to business.
  • Act as a cooperative interface with the customers's Supply Chain, Merchandising and Sales.
  • The periodic scorecard is generated, validated and published.

Important details: This is a corporate role that will require travel to our manufacturing plants and client visits (25%).

About You:

If you have, you'll fit right in.

  • 4 year college degree preferred and 2 years related business experience - in Supply Chain Management or Engineering preferred.
  • In this role, good communication and presentation skills are critical. The ability to effectively communicate with senior management is critical."
  • Solid understanding of forecasting, replenishment and supply chain policy. Practices?
  • What is the best analytical and data analysis skill? Why?
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis/mining software.
