Qualifications

Education & Experience: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related areas or at least three years of full-time professional experience.

Summary

This position is a member of the Communications Division's communications & marketing specialist group, which helps tell the Agency's story to customers (state employees), citizens and potential employees through traditional and digital communication channels (websites, inboxes, social media etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Assist other departmental divisions with marketing and communication projects, including advertising and special promotions.

  • Assist with content development for external and internal communications, social media sites, newsletters and websites.

  • Assist with the management of social media, email and newsletters.

  • Assist in the development of annual departmental plans.
