Medical Collections Call Center Representative (Experienced or trainee):

What is the job of a representative?

You will contact consumers who are struggling with past due medical bills and set up payments. People who succeed in this role are great listeners, care about others and enjoy helping them solve worrisome problems, said Mr. Haines. "There are three collector levels to advance through."

Trainees start with an hourly rate of $20 in classes led by experts with decades of experience. You will learn the basics (technology, client standards, account codes, asking for payment). Then you will start helping consumers pay their past due medical obligations. Most trainees graduate in ~60 days.

Intermediate Collector has basic experience refining more advanced negotiation and settlement techniques and learn how to manage a portfolio of accounts. Average annual pay $45,000 including wages and commission.

Advanced Collector operates their portfolio largely independently and demonstrates consistently strong KPI and recovery performance. Average annual pay $60,000-$70,000 including wages and commission.

Master Collector is a status which may be applied for once consistent, top performance has been demonstrated over time. It is the highest-level RevCycle collector and a great career option for those who want to earn maximum income without management responsibilities. Average annual pay $70,000-$100,000 including wages and commission

Your success and growth is supported by training and management, but driven by you. All post training collection roles have a blended compensation program that includes hourly wage and regular production based commission/bonus with no cap.Work from your home or in our Marshfield, WI office.
