• Purchasing related to SOX and internal controls, ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and company policies, which includes involvement with SOX audit requests, remediation and reporting processes, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting. '
• Lead and support internal sourcing process audits, ISO certification review, sourcing policy and procedure updates.
• 3M negotiated a small business subcontracting plan and reported results.
• Manages the sourcing process for Government & Non-Governmental contracts (G&N).
• The company keeps auditable records of all GR&DC transactions and leads audits for sourcing to ensure compliance with government requirements.

• BBA or higher from an accredited university. (UGC)

• A high school diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of (12) years experience in Sourcing, Government Contracting, Quality Improvement, and Internal Controls.

• 8 (8) years of experience in one or more of the following functions: Sourcing, Government Contracting, Quality Assurance or Internal Controls in a private, public, government or military environment.)

• What are the best accredited institutions for master's degrees?
• 3+ years of experience in SOX process/control execution.
• Government experience, including experience implementing Fairness in Government and other agency supplements.
• Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills (verbal, written and oral).
• Dynamic project management to support our compliance requirements.
• Strong work ethic and ability to focus on continuous improvement. )
• Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI): Proficient in using Microsoft applications?

The expected compensation range for this position is $133,435 - $163,088, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
