Building Custodian/Laborer

Part time-12 hours/week

$20.75/hour

The City of Attleboro is seeking a Building Coordinator/Laborer to assist with custodial and minor repair tasks related to maintaining orderly departmental buildings and surrounding grounds. The role is part time for the Attleboro City Council.

Miscellaneous custodial tasks include cleaning and removing trash, as well as cleaning and storing items such as wood, ice, and dirt. The job also includes cleaning and restocking bathrooms, laundry, and other household items. This is in addition to the usual miscellaneous tasks.

To qualify, one must have a High School diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in property maintenance and janitorial work or any combination of training and experience. A valid driver's license is also required.
