Duties
Provides administrative, semi-technical and clerical support related to the Technical Assurance System environment. Using tools relevant to safety inspections, interviewing applicants, processing certificates and maintaining technical and administrative files. 'Aviation Safety Inspectors' (ASIs) or management review reports, prepare documents, review applications.

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized Experience includes: performing a variety of administrative and clerical work, such as, assist in researching, writing and typing non-technical and routine correspondence; reviewing and distributing incoming correspondence; maintaining files; general office support; preparing reports; examining documents for accuracy and completeness; entering and retrieving information from a variety of automated systems.

Specialized experience may include but not limited to: Specialized Experience includes: knowledge of agency directives and various agency policies governing technical programs; performing a variety of technical administrative work, such as, preparing complex reports; assisting in interpreting and implementing newly modified agency directives and determining action needed; managing records; providing tracking and validation support of funds for employee travel; assist in writing complex technical and non-technical correspondence and reports; researching technical data; reviewing and analyzing complex information; and interpreting directives.
