Who You Are…
The direct responsibility of the Area Service Manager is to oversee the growth of a special projects area by selling and executing spot work and projects, as well as managing service projects sold by others.
This Position…
The General Service Manager directly supervises the department, and is responsible for meeting the area's revenue and gross profit targets, sales objectives, or sales margin targets. Additionally, they are responsible for ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, to the satisfaction of customers, and is accurately tracked in accordance with the Limbach Service System.

- Oversees the work of staff to guarantee that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accord with client requirements.'

- Working together with Limbach Engineering & Design Services (LEDS) to conduct evaluations for value engineering opportunities and establish comprehensive scopes in the field of design-assist or construction.

What You Need…
- A minimum of 5 years of related work experience.'
- High level of understanding of the HVAC/controls field.
- Strong focus on detail, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in computers, specifically Microsoft Office (Excel) and intermediate programming.
- Ability to use interpersonal skills and effective communication in developing business relationships.
- Availability to travel around 40 per cent of the time, particularly to job sites and construction projects in the vicinity.
Preferred Qualifications:

Work Environment:
