Job Description
Position Overview
This is a full-time position located in Oklahoma City, OK.
The Administrative Programs Officer I (APO) will primarily be responsible for ensuring the proper marketing of PIKEPASS at Limited-Service Facilities, conducting cold calls to businesses for the setup of our Mobile PIKEPASS Store, and managing payment for events. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Limited Service Facilities (LSF) Visits:

Travel to various Limited Service Facilities to ensure that PIKEPASS is marketed correctly.

Educate LSF employees on the benefits and usage of PIKEPASS.

Address any customer concerns or issues related to PIKEPASS.
Cold Calls and Mobile PIKEPASS Store Setup:
-
Conduct cold calls to businesses in remote areas to secure locations for the setup of the Mobile PIKEPASS Store.

Coordinate with businesses to schedule dates and times for the Mobile PIKEPASS Store to visit.

Ensure that all necessary paperwork and documents are completed and signed by the businesses.
Event Payment Management:

Collect payments from businesses and organizations for events involving PIKEPASS promotions.

Ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly documented.

Maintain accurate records of event payments and provide reports as required.
Administrative Support:
-
Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and documentation for PIKEPASS marketing initiatives.

Maintain records and files related to PIKEPASS marketing activities.
-
Collaborate with the Office of Customer Service team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

All other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
-
This position works in a comfortable office setting with a computer for a large percentage of the workday.

The noise level in the work environment is usually mild.
Minimum Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or certifications related to sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
-
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
-
Proficient in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and take initiative while also functioning well within a team.
Preferred Requirements, Special Skills or Knowledge

Prior experience with PIKEPASS customer service.
