Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role provides operational support to the Talent Acquisition Team. This is an opportunity to work with both various members of the Talent Acquisition team and firm partners to bring candidates through the recruiting process. This multi-faceted position also performs administrative tasks and will support a wide variety of small to medium complexity projects aligned to the Recruiting, Career Mobility, and Onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
- Aligned to general Talent Acquisition Operations and supports a variety of projects and workstreams across TA as needed. Collaborates with TA leaders and recruiters in all aspects of the recruiting life cycle; providing administrative, logistical, and ATS management support. Creates and maintains a great candidate experience through (but not limited to) the following processes:
- Schedules and communicates interview details to applicant(s) and Crowe personnel for both virtual and office interviews
- Collaborates and/or manages on various Talent Acquisition projects in support of key initiatives
- Maintains data integrity within Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to accurately reflect current status and updated with the most current information
- Prepares and sends offer letters
- Processes and reviews background checks
- Follows company polices and guidelines for hiring
- Seeks opportunities to enhance both candidate experience and Talent Acquisition workflow efficiency
- Takes ownership on other projects as required to support TA Team initiatives
- Provides support to other coordinators where needed
Qualifications
- 2-3 years previous administrative and/or HR administrative experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other TA software. Workday proficiency preferred but not required
- Office 365 proficiency preferred but not required
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively, while meeting tight deadlines
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and organization; documentation skills preferred
- High degree of professionalism and integrity
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
- Proficient with MS Office, MS Outlook, and SharePoint
